Sant Salvador de Sabadell is a historicist church in Sabadell included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.
Sight 2: F
The Font Nova laundries are old public laundries in Sabadell, in the Vallès Occidental region. They are located in the city centre district, on the corner of Carrer de les Paus, 35 and Carrer de la Font Nova, 36. On the site they occupy there had already been a laundry room dating from the 1830s, where in 1892 the architect Miquel Pascual i Tintorer made a modernist style project to close and cover the laundry room. From the 1950s onwards, the laundries lost their original function and fell into disuse. Currently there are guided tours and workshops for schools.
Sight 3: Museu d'Història de Sabadell
The Sabadell History Museum or MHS is a pluridisciplinary museum that brings together collections on the archaeology, history and ethnology of the city of Sabadell, especially in relation to wool manufacture and the textile industry. Lectures and talks are given on subjects regarding the city's history. Entrance is free and wheelchair accessible.
Sight 4: Plaça de Granados
Plaça de Granados is a neoclassical public square in Sabadell included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. It is named after the Catalan composer and pianist Enric Granados.
Sight 5: Plaça Catalunya
Plaça de Catalunya in Sabadell is located at the confluence of the Centre, Creu Alta and Hostafrancs neighbourhoods. It is on an entrance road to the city, at the southern end of Avinguda de Francesc Macià. In the square are the Banco Sabadell, the Hotel Sabadell and the Parc de Catalunya.
