Sight 2: Bratislava Castle
Bratislava Castle is the main castle of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. The massive rectangular building with four corner towers stands on an isolated rocky hill of the Little Carpathians, directly above the Danube river, in the middle of Bratislava. Because of its size and location, it has been a dominant feature of the city for centuries.

Sight 4: House at the Good Shepherd
The House of the Good Shepherd is a narrow, Rococo-style building in Bratislava, Slovakia, located in the Old Town below Bratislava Castle. It was built in 1760–1765 by notable Bratislava master-mason Matej (Matthäus) Hollrigl. The townhouse was constructed for a local merchant and the lower part of the building was used for commercial purposes, the upper part for living. It is one of the few buildings in the area below Bratislava Castle to retain their original state, mostly due to the demolition of much of the Jewish quarter in the 20th century.

Dežőfi Palace or (older) Dessewffy Palace is a palace and national cultural monument of the Slovak Republic under number 101-193/1 on Ľudovít Štúr Square number 2 in the Old Town district of Bratislava. In its neighborhood is the Esterházy Palace. Dežőfi Palace was built in the second half of the 19th century in neo-Renaissance style.

The Duck Fountain is a national cultural monument located on Šafárikovo square in Bratislava. The fountain, together with its individual parts, is registered in the Central List of Monuments Fund. The Bratislava meridian was a meridian established by Samuel Mikovíni probably in 1733 as the zero meridian for his cartographic works, since at that time there was no general consensus on the universal zero meridian and various cartographers used their own zero meridians. The starting point A for the Bratislava meridian was the northeast tower of Bratislava Castle. The meridian passed approximately 17°06′ east longitude.
