The monument is made of black marble, has a pedestal and stylized plaques on which are engraved the names of 45 fallen fighters in the wars of 1990–1999. At the top it says: "They fell undefeated". On the back is the inscription: "Erects a monument to the association of fighters of war 1990–1999, Municipal Board of Zemun".
