Sight 2: Monument for Pope John Paul II
The monument of Pope John Paul II in Kaunas is a monument to Pope John Paul II in santaka park, next to Kaunas St. Paul's Cathedral. Churches of St. George the Martyr. It is intended to commemorate the Pope's visit to Kaunas in 1993. The monument was unveiled and consecrated on June 4, 2011, on a hill where the Pope visited in 1993. Founder and leader of the Kaunas Pantomime theatre was artistic director Kestutis Adomaitis (1948–1996). Kaunas Municipality becomes the founder of Kaunas Pantomime Theatre in 2003. Kaunas Pantomime theatre is the only Lithuanian professional ensemble theatre with a repertoire of this genre only. Žmuidzinavičius Museum, also known as the Devil Museum, is a museum in Kaunas, Lithuania, dedicated to collecting and exhibiting sculptures and carvings of devils from all over the world. The museum is a part of M. K. Čiurlionis National Art Museum. The collection was started by artist Antanas Žmuidzinavičius (1876–1966), and a memorial museum was established in his house after his death. In 1966, the devil collection consisted of 260 sculptures but visitors began to leave their own devils as gifts to the museum. In 1982, a three-story extension was built to house the expanding collection and, as of 2009, the museum's holdings had grown to 3,000 items.

Lenartavičiai Chapel, also known as the chapel , is a chapel that stands in Kaunas, Žaliakalnis, at the end of a small Pharmacy street. Chapels and the nearby Szcz. According to the data of 2011, the sculpture complex of the Virgin Mary, which has architectural-artistic, historical, urban, landscape values, was declared a cultural heritage object protected by Kaunas City Municipality. In 2023, the chapel with the sculpture was inscribed in the Register of Cultural Values. The object was restored on private initiative.

Žaliakalnis Funicular is a funicular railway in Kaunas, Lithuania. Built in 1931, it is the oldest funicular in Lithuania and is among the oldest vehicles of such type in the world still operational. The funicular is made of a wood-paneled coachwork and climbs 142 metres (466 ft) up from behind the Vytautas the Great War Museum to the Basilica of the Resurrection.

Both shrines stand in the same Žaliakalnis quarter, 0.4 km from each other.
