Sight 7: Union-Brauerei
The Union Brewery is a brewery founded in 1907 by Bremen innkeepers, which was taken over by Haake-Beck AG in 1965 and closed in 1968. In December 2015, the business was resumed, which had been expanded to include a gastronomic offer. The new operators are the architect Lüder Kastens and the former managing director of the Bremen brewery Beck & Co. Markus Zeller.
