Located in the Central and Western District of Tainan City, Taiwan, Sanjiao Town Ganghaian Palace is a temple dedicated to Mazu. Its origin is that the three suburbs of Fucheng were built in the first year of Qianlong (1736) from Meizhou Island, Putian County, Xinghua Prefecture to welcome Mazu incense, and after the Lin Shuangwen incident, Fukangan was expanded to thank Mazu for blessing the army to cross the sea to Taiwan; Another theory is that Hai'an Palace, like Lukang Xinzu Palace, is a temple that Fukangan asked to build after the Lin Shuangwen incident. Because the temple is located in the area of Nanshi Port in the former Tainan Wujo Port, close to Zhendutou, it is also called Zhengang Mazu.
