In a privileged natural enclave of more than nine hectares, the Alameda opens up like a real orchard in the heart of the city. Accessing the park, through its main entrance from the Plaza de Mariano Granados, through either of its two twin gates, the hermitage of La Soledad opens onto its own walk among centenary trees and the green mantle that covers most of the enclosure.

The Alameda de Cervantes, popularly known as La Dehesa, is the garden par excellence of the city of Soria, not only because of its location in the very center of the city, where hundreds and hundreds of species of vegetation coexist, but also because of its high cultural and landscape value.
