Sight 4: De Fortuin

The windmill De Fortuin is located at Molenbelt 7 in the Dutch city of Hattem. The windmill was built in 1816 to replace an earlier mill that had been blown over in 1808. In 1852 the mill was given a stone substructure. The upper half of this substructure is built around the octagonal posts.
