"Memorial sign in honor of the 300th anniversary of the Constitution of Philip Orlyk" is a memorial sign installed on April 9, 2010 on the territory of the military-historical memorial complex "Bender Fortress" in honor of the 300th anniversary of the conclusion of "Treaties and Resolutions of the Rights and Liberties of the Military" between Philip Orlyk and the Cossack sergeant. The memorial sign in honor of the document, which in Ukraine is considered the first Ukrainian Constitution, looks like a book on which information about the history of its writing and its name in Western Russian and Latin languages are engraved.

Tighina Fortress is a 15th-century fortress on the right bank of the Dniester River in Bender, Moldova, built from earth and wood during the reign of Prince Stephen the Great. In 1538 it was conquered by the Turkish sultan Soliman the Magnificent, who ordered it to be rebuilt in stone and enlarged.
