Activities in AshdodSight 1: Gan Elisheva
Elisheva Park is one of the largest urban parks in Ashdod and the first in the city, located in the old District A. Named after Elisheva Eshkol, Zionist activist in Poland, member of the Zionist Executive Committee and wife of President Levi Eshkol.

The Navy Fallen Memorial is a monument in the city of Ashdod, commemorating the fallen soldiers of the Navy. Today, the names of 421 fallen soldiers are commemorated on it.

A monument to the sons of Ashdod who fell in the battles of Israel or the candle monument is a monument in the old Quarter A of Ashdod. The monument was created by the bereaved mother and resident of the city Matilda Halperin to commemorate her son, Corporal Avraham (Avi) Israelovitch, 19 years old when he fell, and the city's fallen soldiers in Israel's battles.

Lachish Park is an area of about 650 dunams that extend along the southern bank of the Lachish River, in the field of Ashdod city and before the stream poured into the sea, south of Ashdod port. The park's length is about three miles and its width does not exceed 200 meters. The park includes a large living area.
