The Basilica of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary was a basilica in Székesfehérvár, Hungary. From the year 1000 until 1527, it was the site of the coronation of the Hungarian monarch. After the Ottomans occupied the city in 1543, coronations of the Hungarian monarch moved elsewhere; the building was extensively damaged in a fire in 1601. It was replaced by the Cathedral Basilica of Székesfehérvár in 1777.

The Law of Fehérvár, more commonly known as the Country Apple, is a red marble fountain and monument located in downtown Székesfehérvár, in the middle of City Hall Square. The fountain is the work of sculptor Béla Ohmann, erected in 1943. It directly commemorates the medieval self-governing right of Székesfehérvár, the first privileged Hungarian city, the right of self-government of Fehérvár, but it also symbolizes the city's past and the thousand-year-old Hungarian statehood intertwined with it.

St. Emeric's Church in Székesfehérvár is located in the city center, on Town Hall Square. The rich Baroque church was built between 1720 and 1743 by the Franciscans present in Fehérvár already in the XIII. century, who left the city during the Turkish occupation, but returned after taking back Fehérvár in 1688, and then built a monastery next to the church. According to tradition, the royal palace where Stephen I's son, Prince Emeric was born, once stood on the site of the church and monastery. The relic of the eponymous man can be found in the foundation stone of the church.
