Sight 1: Schreiberhaus
A former residential building in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate is referred to as the writer's house. It was built around 1430 and is therefore considered the oldest community center in Neumarkt. The house was designated as a monument by the Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Monuments.
Sight 2: Münster St. Johannes
St. John's Cathedral is a Gothic hall church and the most important and largest church in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate. As a Catholic church, it belongs to the deanery of Neumarkt and thus to the diocese of Eichstätt. The church is dedicated to John the Baptist and celebrates its patron saint on 24 June. The 72-metre-high tower dominates the silhouette of the old town. On 24 June 2015, St. John was elevated to the rank of a cathedral.

The Court Church of Our Lady as a Catholic castle church, together with the Palatine Count's Castle and the Reitstadel, forms the castle district in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate. It belongs to the deanery of Neumarkt in the diocese of Eichstätt.

The Neumarkt Palatine Countial Castle, also called Neumarkter Residence, forms the center of the castle district in the old town in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate and today houses the Neumarkt district court in the Upper Palatinate. In its current form, it was built by Palatinate Count Friedrich II in the middle of the 16th century. It is recorded as a monument under the file number D-3-73-147-45. The system is also part of the ground monument with the file number D-3-6734-0087 and the description “Archaeological findings of the Middle Ages and the early modern period in the area of the former castle and the Catholic Hofkirche Mariä Himmelfahrt in Neumarkt i.d. Sight 5: Museum Lothar Fischer
The Museum Lothar Fischer is a museum in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate, Germany, which focuses on the work of the artist Lothar Fischer. The artist and the Pilsach architectural firm Berschneider + Berschneider were in close contact for the planning of the museum. In 2005 it was awarded the BDA Regional Prize Lower Bavaria / Upper Palatinate for high-quality architecture.
