The Museum Lothar Fischer is a museum in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate, Germany, which focuses on the work of the artist Lothar Fischer. The artist and the Pilsach architectural firm Berschneider + Berschneider were in close contact for the planning of the museum. In 2005 it was awarded the BDA Regional Prize Lower Bavaria / Upper Palatinate for high-quality architecture.

The Palatine Castle Neumarkt, also known as the Neumarkt Residence, forms the centre of the castle district in the old town of Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate and today houses the district court of Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate. In its present form, it was built by Count Palatine Frederick II in the middle of the 16th century. It is listed as a listed building under the file number D-3-73-147-45. The complex is also part of the ground monument with the file number D-3-6734-0087 and the description "archaeological findings of the Middle Ages and the early modern period in the area of the former castle and the Catholic court church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Neumarkt i.d. Opf., including the traces of predecessor buildings or older construction phases".

St. John's Cathedral is a Gothic hall church and the most important and largest church in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate. As a Catholic church, it belongs to the deanery of Neumarkt and thus to the diocese of Eichstätt. The church is dedicated to John the Baptist and celebrates its patron saint on 24 June. The 72-metre-high tower dominates the silhouette of the old town. On 24 June 2015, St. John was elevated to the rank of a cathedral.

The Berlin bear is a bear sculpture created by Hildebert Kliem. A bronze cast has been in Reykjavík since 1967. A total of six bronze bears were set up during Hildebert Kliem. Some are among the most distant Berlin milestones away from Berlin. One of the milestones is under monument protection.
