2. Burgruine Wolfstein
The Wolfstein Castle Ruins is a former aristocratic castle from the 12th century in the urban area of Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate in the district of the same name in the Upper Palatinate, Bavaria. It is listed as an architectural monument under the file number D-3-73-147-97. The complex is also listed as a ground monument under the file number D-3-6734-0057 with the description "archaeological findings in the area of the medieval castle ruins of Wolfstein, prehistoric hilltop settlement".
3. Münster St. Johannes
The Cathedral of St. John is a Gothic hall church and the most important and largest church in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate. As a Catholic church, it belongs to the deanery of Neumarkt and thus to the diocese of Eichstätt. The church is dedicated to John the Baptist and celebrates its patronage on 24 June. The 72-metre-high tower dominates the silhouette of the old town. On 24 June 2015, St. Johannes was elevated to the rank of a cathedral.

The complex is also part of the ground monument with the file number D-3-6734-0087 and the description "archaeological findings of the Middle Ages and the early modern period in the area of the former castle and the Catholic Court Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Neumarkt i.d. Opf., including the traces of predecessor buildings or older construction phases".
6. Wallfahrtskirche Maria Hilf
The pilgrimage church Maria Hilf is a Catholic place of worship and is located on the Mariahilfberg in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate, 586 meters above sea level. Until 2001, it was also the monastery church of the adjacent Carmelite monastery.

The Fritz Weithas Observatory is an association and public observatory in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate, which is run on a voluntary basis by the Bavarian Public Observatory Neumarkt Association. It is located at an altitude of 595 meters on the Mariahilfberg, near the Höhenberg district.

The Schreiberhaus is a former residential building in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate. It was built around 1430 and is therefore considered the oldest town house in Neumarkt. The Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Monuments designated the house as an architectural monument.
12. Burgstall Stauf Vorburg
The Burgstall Stauf or Staufenberg is the remains of a defunct high medieval castle. It is located above Stauf, a district of Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate, on the summit plateau of the Staufer Berg. Only a few historical data of the Burgaristocracy from the late Middle Ages are known about the complex. No building fabric has been preserved of the castle itself, only a ring wall around the entire plateau and a mighty section ditch that divided the summit plateau can still be seen. However, this high medieval castle complex could possibly have been built on the site of an older fortification. Today, the former castle is registered as a ground monument D-3-6734-0038 "Mittelalterlicher Burgstall" by the Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Monuments.
13. St. Ägidius
The Roman Catholic, listed parish church of St. Ägidius is located in Pelchenhofen, a district of the large district town of Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz in the district of Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz. It belongs to the diocese of Eichstätt. The building is registered as an architectural monument in the Bavarian List of Monuments under the monument number D-3-73-147-80. The patron saint of the church is St. Egidius, one of the fourteen helpers.
