The Mausoleum of Carstanjen in the Plittersdorf district of Bonn was the largest private mausoleum on the Rhine and is considered unique to culture and architect. The original family crypt, which is visible from the banks of the Rhine, which is visible between Auerhofstraße and Von-Sandt bank in the Plittersdorfer Auengrund, is now used as a public urn grave. The building based on the Roman Pantheon is a listed building.

Stimson Memorial Chapel is a church in Plittersdorf, Bonn, in the district of Bad Godesberg, Germany. It is used by the American Protestant Church. The chapel is located on the southeastern edge of the HICOG settlement Plittersdorf at the Rhine-side end of Kennedyallee. It is a monument under monument protection.
