Hicks Terrace is located at 3005-3011 Pacific Street and 1102 South 30th Avenue in Omaha, Nebraska. Built in 1890, the structure represents the Queen Anne style of architecture. Designed by the early Omaha firm of Mendelssohn, Fisher and Lawrie, the building was constructed in 1890, and designated an Omaha Landmark on April 21, 1981. It was built as one of the multi-family residential structures in Omaha to be made of masonry. It was specifically designed to cater to the elaborate trolley networks that opened many new areas of the city to development.

St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church is located at 602 Park Avenue in Midtown Omaha, Nebraska. The original congregation was formed in 1907 to meet the needs of Omaha's then-burgeoning Greek community. The current building is a city landmark that was originally constructed in 1908 for Omaha's Temple Israel, and was sold to the St. John's parish in 1951.

The Joslyn Art Museum is a fine arts museum in Omaha, Nebraska, United States. It opened in 1931 at the initiative of Sarah H. Joslyn, in memory of her husband, businessman George A. Joslyn. Since its opening there have been multiple building expansions to house the museum's growing collection. It is the only museum in Nebraska with a comprehensive permanent collection. Some of the main works in the museum are part of the nineteenth and twentieth-century collections of American and European artists.

Sight 10: Trinity Cathedral
Trinity Cathedral is located in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Nebraska's first Episcopal parish, Trinity was established in 1856, and became the state's first Episcopal cathedral in 1872. Designed by noted English architect Henry G. Harrison in 1880, the cathedral was consecrated on November 15, 1883. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. Today Trinity Cathedral is considered one of the most beautiful churches in Omaha.

The Federal Office Building , also known as the Old Federal Building, is a thirteen story, stripped classical style building with Art Deco elements located in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. The building was designed and built in 1933-34 by architects Thomas R. Kimball, William L. Steele, and Josiah D. Sandham as part of the firm Kimball, Steele & Sandham, plus associated architect George B. Prinz. It was built on the site of first U.S Courthouse and Post Office.
