Individual Sights in KharkivSight 1: Свято-Дмитрівський храм
St. Demetrius Church is the largest Greek Catholic church in Kharkiv, located at 44 Poltavsky Shlyakh Street, and consecrated in honor of Demetrius of Thessaloniki.
Sight 2: Kharkiv Theatre for Children and Youth
The Kharkiv Theatre for Children and Youth is one of the oldest theatres for children in Ukraine, founded in Kharkiv in 1920 on the initiative of the Higher Theatre School. The theater, which had a complex history, survived several revivals, managed to rebuild after the fire, but still remains one of the most special teams for the audience, despite a rather rich theatrical life.
Sight 3: Annunciation Cathedral
Get Ticket*The Annunciation Cathedral is the main Orthodox church of Kharkiv, Ukraine. The pentacupolar Neo-Byzantine structure with a distinctive 80-meter-tall bell tower was completed on 2 October 1888, from designs by a local architect, Mikhail Lovtsov. The church was consecrated in 1901, and the earlier Annunciation church was then pulled down.
Sight 4: Fighters for Independence of Ukraine
Monument to the Heroes who laid down their heads for the independence and freedom of Ukraine is a monument on Universitetska Street. It was inaugurated on November 6, 1957. The author of the monument is the architect L.V. Gurova.

Sight 5: Dormition Cathedral
The Assumption or Dormition Cathedral was the main Orthodox church of Kharkiv until the construction of the Annunciation Cathedral in 1901. The cathedral stands on the University Hill by the bank of the Lopan River and dominates the entire downtown. The Neoclassical cathedral bell tower, built in the 1820s and 1830s to a height of 90 meters, remained the tallest building in the city until the 21st century. The cathedral is the only building in Kharkiv visited by almost all Emperors of Russia, starting with Catherine the Great.

Sight 7: Kharkiv Choral Synagogue
The Kharkiv Choral Synagogue is an Orthodox Jewish synagogue, located at 12 Pushkinska Street, Kharkiv, in the Kharkiv Oblast of Ukraine. The Chabad congregation worships in the synagogue, also called Beit Menachem, reportedly the largest synagogue in Ukraine, and a building of architectural significance.

The Fiddler on the Roof Monument is two monuments on the roofs of buildings in Kharkiv, dedicated to people of creative professions. The first monument was erected in 2003 on the roof of the house No. 18 on Constitution Square. In 2017, it was moved to the roof of the Platinum Plaza building (72 Sumska Street), which is owned by the author of the project. In the spring of the same year, a slightly enlarged copy of the monument was installed in its original place. The sculptor of both sculptures is a Kharkiv sculptor, People's Artist of Ukraine Seyfaddin Gurbanov.
Sight 9: Петру Сагайдачному
Monument to Petro Sahaidachny is a monument to Ukrainian Hetman Petro Konashevych-Sahaidachny, erected on June 14, 2008 in the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol to celebrate the 225th anniversary of the city. The authors are sculptor Volodymyr Lutsak. The main patron of the project was the head of the association "Transcontinental" Yuri Kolesnikov.
