The Casa Rull is a building located at Carrer de Sant Joan, 27, 43201 in Reus, Catalonia, Spain. Since 1925, the City Council of Reus has owned the building, and is currently the headquarters of the Institute of Cultural Action for Reus. The building was designed in 1900 by the Modernista architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner and commissioned by the notary Pere Rull i Trilla of Reus. In 1996, it was renovated by the local architect Joan Figuerola.

The Teatre Fortuny is a theatre in the city of Reus, built in 1882 to provide the then second city of Catalonia with a theatre on the level of other large cities. Its name pays homage to Marià Fortuny i Marsal, a Catalan painter born in Reus. The monument is made up of the Teatre Fortuny and the headquarters of the "Societat El Círcol", located in Plaça de Prim núm. 4. The building as a whole has been declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest.
