Sight 2: Особняк Великановой
Velikanova House is a mansion and an architectural monument in the city of Rostov-on-Don, Russia. It was built in 1884—1890 on the project of architects Nikolay Doroshenko and Nikolay Sokolov. Today the building is occupied by Rostov Art College named after M.B. Grekov.

Trunov House is a historic house built in the late 19th - early 20th century, located at 13 Temernitskaya Street in Rostov-on-Don, Russia.
Sight 4: Димитрий Ростовский
Demetrius of Rostov was a leading opponent of the Caesaropapist reform of the Russian Orthodox church promoted by Theophan Prokopovich. He is representative of the strong Cossack Baroque influence upon the Russian Orthodox Church at the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries.

Sight 6: Доходный дом Степана Акимова
The Stepan Akimov House is an object of cultural heritage of regional significance Rostov-on-Don, which is located at 14 Ulyanovskaya Street. On the facade of the building there is a plaque with information about the owner of the house – Stepan Akimov. Among many residents of the city there is a rumor that this house is connected with the Paramonov family, but this information did not find any official confirmation.
Sight 7: Старообрядческий Покровский собор
Intercession Cathedral is a cathedral of the Don and Caucasian Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Old-Rite Church, located in Rostov-on-Don. It was built in 1913 on the project of architect Vladimir Pokrovsky. The cathedral has the status of an object of cultural heritage of regional significance.
Sight 8: Дом Врангеля
Wrangel Mansion is a building in Rostov-on-Don, built in 1885 by architect Nikolay Doroshenko. In this house Pyotr Nikolayevich Wrangel, one of the main leaders of the White Movement, spent his childhood and youth years. Wrangel Mansion has the status of an object of cultural heritage of regional significance.
Sight 9: Солдатская синагога
Soldier Synagogue is the only active synagogue in Rostov-on-Don. It was built in 1872. The synagogue burnt down during the pogrom of 1905, but in 1913-1914 the building was restored. In 1935, the synagogue was closed for worship. After World War II the building was again transferred to the local Jewish community. Soldier Synagogue has the status of an object of cultural heritage of regional significance.
Sight 10: Доходный дом Е. П. Ляхмаер
The Lyakhmayer House is a building in the Kirovsky District of Rostov-on-Don, Russia. The house is located at 60/1 Ulyanovskaya Street, at its intersection with Voroshilovsky Prospekt. Originally built as a revenue house, the building has the status of an object of cultural heritage of regional significance.
Sight 11: Rostov State Musical Theater
Rostov State Musical Theater is one of the biggest musical theaters in Southern Russia. It is situated in the city of Rostov-on-Don, one of the oldest cultural centers of Southern Russia. The theater opened in September 1999, and is the successor to the 1919 Rostov Musical Comedy Theater.
Sight 12: Елизавета Романова
The monument to Elizaveta Petrovna is one of the monuments in the city of Rostov-on-Don. Dedicated to the Russian Empress and the founder of the city. It is located in Pokrovsky Square, erected in 2007 according to the project of Sergey Oleshnya.

Pokrovsky Square is one of the squares in Rostov-on-Don, located in the city center. Until 2003, it was called Kirovsky.
Sight 14: Church of the Intercession
Church of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin ― one of the oldest churches in Rostov-on-Don. The original building was situated approximately at the corner of Bolshaya Sadovaya street. Over time, it has somewhat shifted towards Bogatyanovsky Lane.
Sight 15: Дом братьев Мартын
The Martyn Brothers House, also known as the Red Cottage, is a building in Rostov-on-Don, located at the intersection of Bolshaya Sadovaya Street and Fortress Lane. The building was built by architect Nikolai Sokolov in 1893, in the centre of the former Fortress of Saint Dimitry of Rostov. The first owner of the building was a British citizen, Ivan Romanovich Martyn. The Martyn Brothers' House has the status of an object of cultural heritage of federal significance. The building currently houses the Sholokhov Centre, part of the National Sholokhov Museum-Reserve, and functions as an exhibition space and a venue for cultural and educational projects.

Khatranov's mansion is an old house in Rostov-on-Don. The building belongs to the historical and cultural monuments of regional significance. The mansion was built in the 1890s according to the project of civil engineer Arsen Oganesovich Ter-Akopov.
Sight 18: Особняк Л. Попова
The Popov Mansion is a building in Rostov-on-Don located on Karl Marx Square. The house was built in 1890 — 1891 and belonged to the landowner and cattle dealer Lusegen Popov. In 1928, a maternity hospital was housed in the mansion. It closed for reconstruction in 2012, and reopened in 2014. The Popov Mansion has the status of an object of cultural heritage of regional significance.
Sight 19: Особняк Ф.С.Кечекьяна
The Kechekyan Mansion is a building in Rostov-on-Don located at Liberty Square. It was constructed in the third quarter of the 19th century on the central square of the city of Nakhichevan-on-Don. The mansion is currently occupied by the A. S. Pushkin Children's Library. The building has the status of an object of cultural heritage of regional significance.

The Sagirov Mansion is a building in Rostov-on-Don located at Liberty Square. It is constructed in the 1890s on the central square of the city of Nakhchivan-on-Don. The building has the status of an object of cultural heritage of regional value.
Sight 21: Museum of Russian-Armenian Friendship
The Museum of Russian-Armenian Friendship is a department of the Rostov Regional Museum of Local History in the city of Rostov-on-Don. Since 2011, it has been located in the old mansion of the Nakhichevan merchant Mark Yakovlevich Iskidarov on Freedom Square, 14/2.
Sight 22: Gayrabetov Mansion
The Gayrabetov Mansion is a building in Rostov-on-Don, located on Liberty Square. The house was built in 1880. Initially it belonged to the relatives of merchant Karp Gayrabetov. At the beginning of the 20th century, the building was acquired by the manufacturer Mark Iskidarov. Since 2011, the Museum of Russian-Armenian Friendship has been located in the mansion. The Gayrabetov Mansion has the status of an object of cultural heritage of regional significance.
