The tenement house of S. N. Mnatsakanova, early XX century, is a building in Rostov-on-Don, located on Pushkinskaya Street. The mansion was built in the period 1911-1915, and according to reference publications on the valuation of real estate, in 1911-1915 the building was owned by Serpuga Nikokosyanovna Mnatsakanova. According to the reference publication "All Rostov and Nakhichevan-on-Don for 1914", the building housed the technical office of Nessar. At present, the house consists of commercial premises located on the ground floor and residential premises located on the second and third floors, a significant part of which belongs to the Rostov entrepreneur Kurinov Alexander Gennadyevich. The building has the status of a cultural heritage site of regional significance.

The mansion was built at the beginning of the 20th century and belonged to the Rostov grain-grower and a stud to Ivan Aleksandrovich Suprunov. The building has the status of an object of cultural heritage of regional value.

The Petrov Mansion is a building in Rostov-on-Don, at 115 Pushkinskaya Street. The house was built at the end of the 19th century, to the design of the Rostov architect Nikolai Doroshenko. Since 1959 the mansion has housed the Rostov Regional Museum of Fine Arts. The building has the status of an object of cultural heritage of regional significance.

The Paramonov Mansion is a mansion in the city of Rostov-on-Don. It was built in 1914 for book publisher Nikolai Paramonov. The mansion was designed by architect Leonid Aeberg. The building is currently occupied by the Y. A. Zhdanov Scientific Library of Southern Federal University. The design is an example of Neoclassical architecture and is considered to be an architectural monument of federal importance.

Sergei Mironovich Kirov was a Russian and Soviet politician and Bolshevik revolutionary. Kirov was an early revolutionary in the Russian Empire and member of the Bolshevik faction of the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party. Kirov became an Old Bolshevik and personal friend to Joseph Stalin, rising through the Communist Party of the Soviet Union ranks to become head of the party in Leningrad and a member of the Politburo.
Sight 11: Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church,
The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church Russian: was a Greek Orthodox church constructed in 1909 in Rostov-on-Don. In Soviet times, the church was demolished, and the Puppet Theatre was built on its foundations. A new Greek church of the Annunciation was built close to the site of the demolished one in 2014.
