It was built in 1798-1801 at the expense of the merchant Musa Mamyashev in the forms of early classicism of the late XVIII century. It is located on Gabdulla Tukay Street, in the northern part of the Old Tatar Sloboda, not far from the former Hay Bazaar, next to the building of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan. A two-storey two-hall mosque-jami with an octagonal three-tiered minaret in the center of the roof.
