Individual Sights in LegnicaSight 1: Kościół pw. Marii Panny
The Evangelical Church of the Virgin Mary in Legnica is one of the oldest churches in Silesia. The beginnings of its construction date back to the twelfth century. It is also called St. Mary's Church, or Low Church due to its location in the lower part of the city.
Sight 2: Katedra pw. Świętych Apostołów Piotra i Pawła
The Cathedral of Saint Apostles Peter and Paul in Legnica is located at Cathedral Square in the city of Legnica, Poland. The present building was erected between 1333 and 1380. A chapel was added in the fifteenth century, and in the late nineteenth century the church was converted into the neo-Gothic style. Over the centuries the church has acquired numerous statues and decorative features. Pope John Paul II established the church as a cathedral on March 25, 1992 and visited the cathedral on June 2, 1997.

Sight 3: Stary Ratusz

Old City Hall in Legnica - built between 1737-1741 in Baroque style. Initially, it was the seat of the municipal authorities, in 1928 it was adapted as the seat of a theater. It currently houses the administration of the theater and the actors' dressing rooms.
Sight 4: Dom Pod Przepiórczym Koszem
The House Under the Quail Basket – one of the Renaissance tenement houses in Silesia, stands at Mały Rynek 38 in Legnica.
Sight 5: Teatr im. Heleny Modrzejewskiej
The Helena Modrzejewska Theatre in Legnica, Poland - a state drama theater, operating in the building of the former opera-theater from the mid-19th century. In 1991 the building was entered into the register of historical monuments.
Sight 6: Nowy Ratusz
Legnica City Hall, erected in 1905 in the Neo-Renaissance style, is currently the seat of the city authorities of Legnica, Poland.
