The Pilgrim Church is a church in the old village of the Dutch town of Zoetermeer. The church and the adjacent presbytery were designed by architect B.W. Plooij from Amersfoort and were built in 1932. The church is in business expressionist style. Characteristic are the intersecting gable roofs and the parabolic spire. The building can accommodate about 350 people.

Sight 2: De Hoop

De Hoop is a round stone windmill from 1897 in Zoetermeer, South Holland. De Hoop was built to replace an earlier "wind and steam flour mill, also a hulling mill" by Bastiaan Hoogenboezem on the same spot, which burned down in the early morning of January 16, 1897. Presumably this was an octagonal wooden mill. In 1936 the work in progress was demolished from the mill and since then De Hoop has only been used as a grain silo. After a major restoration that lasted from 1983 to 1986, the mill was ready to grind again. Since then, grain has been milled weekly in a traditional way. On Fridays and Saturdays, the mill shop is open and sells all kinds of baking supplies. Most of these were produced in the mill.

The Advent Church is a relatively new church in the old village of Zoetermeer in the Dutch province of South Holland. On April 10, 1954, the members' meeting took the decision to buy the land. The church was designed by architect A. van Eck Wzn. from Voorburg. The design is in line with the Delft school. It was built in the period from the beginning of August to the beginning of December 1955 by contractor Bontebal from Zoetermeer. The church was inaugurated on December 20, 1955. In 2006 the building was placed on the list of municipal monuments by the municipality of Zoetermeer.

Oude Kerk in Zoetermeer is a reformed church in the old heart of the village, built in the period 1785-1787 by the Italian architect Jan Giudici. The church is of the cruciform type of church, although from the outside the church appears square. It is Zoetermeer's oldest building, with the tower from 1642, and the brick base from the 15th century. There was probably already a church on this site of the current old church in 1296. The old church at Dorpsstraat 59 has been a national monument since its restoration in 1970 by Piet van de Sterre from Leiderdorp.

The Nicolaaskerk is the third church at its current location at Dorpsstraat 24 in the old center of Zoetermeer. After the use of a hidden church on the Voorweg, two plots of land could be bought here after the Batavian Republic and the first church for the parish was built. It became so bad in a short time that a completely new church was needed in 1857. After some time, this church turned out to be too small and on March 17, 1915, the foundation stone was laid for the current one. In 1916 the church was consecrated by the bishop Augustinus Callier of Haarlem. The current Nicholas Church is a national monument.
