Bleijs, on the site of the former De Drie Tulpen. It opened in 1882. In 1993 the church was restored. The church is dedicated to Saints Francis of Assisi and Cyriacus. Since January 2013, the building and the community of faith have been part of the Roman Catholic parish of Saint Matthew.
