Lalique Museum Nederland is a museum in the center of the Dutch Hanseatic city of Doesburg. The museum was founded in 2011 and is located in the center of the historic Hanseatic city of Doesburg. The museum is located in three historic buildings, where glass, decorative objects and jewels by the French jewellery and glass designer René Lalique (1860-1945) are displayed. These include the jewels of the museum, the perfume bottles, the "carhood ornaments", statues, tableware and vases. In addition to the permanent collection, the museum organizes temporary exhibitions on Lalique and his contemporaries from the Art Deco and Art Nouveau eras, with an exhibition radius from around 1850-1950. Where and when relevant, other elements of his work, including tableware and furniture, and of his work by and for buildings, ships and trains, are also shown.
