Naimanbai Balyk uulu is a monk, a well-known poet in the art of saying. He learned the profession of naimanbai from his father, the famous monk Balyk, when he lived in the Baitik manap in the Chui Valley. There is information about Naimanbai calling a mate at large feasts held in this region, confronting famous poets of their time. At the age of 16, he began to speak "Manas". Excerpts such as "Praise of Manas", "Some Clothes of Manas", "Silver of Manas" were written in 1923 by Kayum Miftakov, who recalled the words of Naimanbai. The bust of Naimanbai was placed in the architectural and sculptural ensemble "Manas" at the Kyrgyz Philharmonic in Bishkek.
