The surgeon's domus is a Roman home in the second half of the second century, discovered in 1989 in Rimini in Piazza Luigi Ferrari, and open to the public on 7 December 2007; Here have been found mosaics, frescoes and finds, including one of the most complete series of Roman surgical tools, kept at the Museum of the city of Rimini. The archaeological site of the surgeon's domus also highlights subsequent archaeological stratigraphies, including walls of imperial age, a palatial home and part of an early medieval Byzantine house.
