Fano Cathedral is the principal church of Fano, Marche, Italy. Originally the seat of the bishop of Fano, since 1986 it has been the episcopal seat of the Diocese of Fano-Fossombrone-Cagli-Pergola. In January 1953 Pope Pius XII elevated it to the rank of a basilica minor.

The church of Sant'Agostino, formerly the church of Santa Lucia, is a church in Fano located in the historic center of the city, at the end of Via Vitruvio. Rebuilt first in the fifteenth century and then in the seventeenth century, it was almost completely demolished during the bombings of the Second World War, which saved only the east side. A reconstruction of the church in its original lines is currently underway. Valuable works and architecture have instead been preserved in the adjacent convent, which will become the seat of the Diocesan Museum once the restorations are completed.
