Individual Sights in ZwickauSight 1: Lutherkirche
The Luther Church is an Evangelical Lutheran religious building in the West Saxon town of Zwickau. It was built between 1902 and 1906 according to a design by the Dresden architects Schilling & Graebner in the Bahnhofsvorstadt, at the intersection of Brunnenstraße and Spiegelstraße. Since the 9th Infantry Regiment No. 133 was stationed nearby, it served the resident population and as a garrison church.
Sight 2: Schwanenbrunnen
The Schwanenbrunnen is a fountain in Zwickau on the edge of the Schwanenteichpark, near the junction of Alte Reichenbacher Straße and Humboldtstraße.
Sight 3: St. Marien
The Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Mary in Zwickau, elevated to a cathedral by Reich Bishop Ludwig Müller on the occasion of its 800th anniversary in 1935, is the most important city church of the Evangelical Lutheran Nicolai parish of Zwickau and the ephoral church of the superintendent of the Evangelical Lutheran church district of Zwickau. It was built in the early Middle Ages and was damaged and rebuilt several times. The church is a listed building.

Sight 4: Springbrunnen
The Fountain of Friendship is a fountain on Schumannplatz in Zwickau, Germany. It has existed since 1986 and consists of stylized representations of the globe, volcano and earth. On weekends, four LED bubble nozzles illuminate the fountain.
Sight 5: Alter Gasometer
As an important testimony to the late Wilhelminian industrial culture, the Old Gasometer is both a sight and a popular event venue in Zwickau. The cultural offerings range from concerts to theatre performances, variety shows, cabaret, conferences and readings to arthouse cinema. The modern hall offers 300 seats. The current Gasometer was designed as a municipal property with the aim of being used as a peace and meeting centre that reaches and actively involves many people of different ages, backgrounds, views of life and faith.
