The Basilica of St. Ägidius is a three-aisled Romanesque church in Mittelheim in the Rheingau region of Hesse. The church, dedicated to Saint Aegidius, dates back to the early 12th century, but was partly built on the foundations of a chapel from the 10th century, making it the oldest church in the Rheingau. Today, St. Aegidius is a branch church of the parish of St. Peter and Paul Rheingau, a new type of parish. Since 2015, St. Peter and Paul in Eltville has also been the parish church of Mittelheim.

St. Martin is the name of a Catholic church and former parish in Oestrich, Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis, Germany. It was built as a hall church from 1508 in late-Gothic style. It was destroyed in the Thirty Years' War and rebuilt in simpler style, but restored to its Gothic appearance in 1894.

The Oestricher crane, also known as the Old Rhine Crane and Wine Loading Crane, is a baroque harbour crane in Oestrich (Rheingau) in Hesse, Germany. The wooden crane was mainly used to load wine barrels, but also other goods such as tree trunks onto Rhine ships.
