Individual Sights in HusumSight 1: Nationalpark-Haus
The Nationalpark-Haus Husum is a centre for environmental education, nature conservation coordination and administration of the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea National Park in Husum. The house is operated by Nationalpark Service gGmbH, WWF Germany, the Wadden Sea Protection Station and the Weltladen Husum.
Sight 2: Theodor-Storm-Haus
The Theodor Storm House in Husum in Schleswig-Holstein is a literature museum dedicated to the poet and writer Theodor Storm, who lived here from 1866 to 1880.
Sight 3: Schifffahrtsmuseum Nordfriesland
The Maritime Museum of North Frisia is located at Zingel 15 in Husum, Schleswig-Holstein. Here, the relationships of the port of the city and the district of North Frisia to shipbuilding, shipping, whaling and coastal fishing are presented on four levels. Sight 6: Asmussen-Woldsen-Denkmal
The Asmussen-Woldsen Monument in Husum, also known as the Tine Fountain, is a central market fountain designed by Adolf Brütt, which is considered the city's landmark with its bronze statue, the "Tine".
Sight 7: Altes Rathaus
Husum is the capital of the Kreis (district) Nordfriesland in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. The town was the birthplace of the novelist Theodor Storm, who coined the epithet "the grey town by the sea". It is also the home of the annual international piano festival Raritäten der Klaviermusik founded in 1986.
