The parish church of St. Cäcilia in Heusenstamm was built from 1739 to 1741 as a Catholic burial church of the Heusenstammer branch of the Counts of Schönborn by the master builder Johann Balthasar Neumann. It is the most important baroque building in the Hessian Heusenstamm.

The Old Town Hall in Heusenstamm, Hesse, was built in 1744 by order of the then regent Maria Theresia, Imperial Countess of Schönborn (1698–1751) as a schoolhouse with an adjoining orphanage. In 1919 it was acquired by the municipality of Heusenstamm and used as the town's town hall until 1979. Today it bears the name Haus der Musik.

The Protestant Gustav Adolf Church is a listed church building in Heusenstamm, a town in the district of Offenbach in southern Hesse. The parish belongs to the Dreieich-Rodgau deanery of the Evangelical Church in Hesse and Nassau (EKHN). Since the church with its striking onion dome was built at the time of hyperinflation in Germany from 1922 to 1923, its construction cost over 73 trillion marks.
