The Frankfurt (Oder) City and Regional Library (SRB), part of the Kultureigenbetrieb Frankfurt (Oder), is a public library located in two buildings in the centre of the city. Two streets are directly adjacent to Wolności Square: Mikołaja Reja and Podchorążych. This square is a kind of link between two others, namely Friendship Square and John Paul II Square.
