Since 1978, it has been listed, like a large number of villas on this street, as a Historic Monument.

The Church of Saint-Blaise is a church located in Vichy, in the Vieux Vichy district. The church was built from the seventeenth century and then, between 1925 and 1931, a much larger church in the art deco style was attached to it, the oldest then becoming a chapel of the new one.
Sight 18: Maison dite du Bailliage
The Bailliage House, also frequently referred to as the Castel Franc, is a building in Vichy whose oldest part dates back to 1482. The only vestige of the town's old castle, it was remodelled in the nineteenth century. Its tower houses a stone spiral staircase that leads to the upper floors and has been listed as a historical monument since December 28, 1926.
Sight 19: Maison dite Chalet des Suppliques
The Chalet des Suppliques is a small chalet built in 1864 in Vichy (Allier), at the entrance to the Vichy bridge, in the park then newly created along the Allier to serve as accommodation for the park keeper. Originally, two identical cottages were built, on either side of the road at the outlet of the bridge, but the cottage upstream was destroyed in 1931 or 1932 for the construction of a new, wider bridge. The name of the chalet comes from the legend that it was used to collect the supplications addressed to Napoleon III during his stays in the spa resort.

The Opéra de Vichy is an opera house located in the French city of Vichy. The building, designed in an Art Nouveau style is located adjacent to the Parc des Sources and across the street from the former Hôtel des Ambassadeurs.

The Great Spa Towns of Europe is a transnational World Heritage Site consisting of a selection of 11 spa towns across seven European countries. They were developed around natural mineral water springs. From the early 18th century to the 1930s, Western Europe experienced an increase in spa and bathing culture, leading to the construction of elaborate bath houses. These would often include gardens, casinos, theatres, and villas surrounding the springs and the bath houses.

Vichy is a city in the Allier department in central France. Located on the Allier river, it is a major spa and resort town and during World War II was the capital of Vichy France. As of 2021, Vichy has a population of 25,789.
Sight 23: Borne milliaire dans l'établissement thermal
The Vichy milestone is a Gallo-Roman milestone, discovered in 1880 in Vichy (Allier) where it has been exhibited ever since. It marked the distance with Clermont-Ferrand on the road between Autun and the Auvergne capital. It is currently located in the hall of the Thermes des Dômes.

The chalets of Napoleon III or imperial chalets, are five holiday homes, built between 1861 and 1864 in Vichy in the Allier department at the request of Emperor Napoleon III after his first stay in the spa resort in 1861. Built by the architect Jean Lefaure, on the border between the newly created park along the Allier and the spa district, their style is inspired by alpine chalets and English colonial houses. They are listed as historical monuments.

Sight 27: Villa du Docteur Maire
The villa of Doctor Maire is a house located in Vichy (Allier), at the corner of the Quai de l'Allier and the Rue du Golf. It was built in 1911 on behalf of Dr. Maire, then chief surgeon of the city's hospital, by the architect Samuel Henriquet, in a neo-Gothic style, at the end of this historicist trend in architecture. It has been listed as a Historic Monument since 1991.
