The Grand Marionnettiste, or Clock of the Great Puppeteer, is a tourist site located in Charleville-Mézières, in the Ardennes department. He was designed to resemble a puppeteer whose different body parts are embedded in part of the façade of the International Institute of Puppetry. This automaton presents twelve scenes every day designed as a puppet show and telling the story of the Four Sons of Aymon, an Ardennes legend.

The International Institute of Puppetry (IIM) is an association under the law of 1901 located in Charleville-Mézières, whose mission is to contribute to the development of the puppetry arts through training and research.
