Mikulov Castle is a castle in the town of Mikulov in South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. The castle is on a site of historic Slavonic settlement, where the original stone castle was erected at the end of the 13th century.

The Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas in Mikulov is originally an evangelical church built in the neo-Gothic style from 1903. At present, the church is owned by the Orthodox Church Community in Mikulov of the Olomouc-Brno Eparchy and it is the only Orthodox church in the Břeclav district.
