The statue of Chamois, called the Deer Jump, stands on a rocky cliff in the spa forests and is an inseparable part of Karlovy Vary. It was created in 1851 in the studio of the Berlin sculptor August Kiss. This zinc statue was destroyed in 1984. The bronze copy was made in 1986 by the Karlovy Vary sculptor Jan Kotek.

The Market Colonnade is a colonnade in Karlovy Vary on the left bank of the Teplá River. It is a cultural monument of the Czech Republic. The colonnade covers the Charles IV Spring, the Lower Castle Spring and the Market Spring. The building is a richly carved, open structure built in the Swiss style. The Market Colonnade is enclosed on three sides by wooden walls, its façade consists of a columned arcade. The building was built on the site of the oldest spa in Karlovy Vary. According to legend, the emperor himself treated his diseased limbs at the Charles IV spring. Originally, the springs were covered by a simple gazebo with a promenade hall.
