Goiânia Theater, inaugurated on July 14, 1942, is the most traditional cultural space of Goiânia, capital of the Brazilian state of Goiás. It integrates the architectural ensemble of the city's project. It is the art decon style of architects Jorge Félix and José do Amaral Neddermeyer. Its construction began in 1940 and was completed in 1942. The official mail on June 12, 1942 brought the information: "The inauguration of the Goiânia Theater will be marked by a super production of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, next Tuesday fair".
