The National Theatre of the Republic of Srpska in Banja Luka was founded on September 2, 1930 as the "National Theatre of the Vrbas Banovina" and since then it has been an important carrier of the development of dramatic art. In the period after World War II, it was called the "National Theater of Bosanska Krajina". The building is on the list of national monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church of Christ Tsar is a religious building of Ukrainian Greek Catholics in Banja Luka. It was destroyed during the bombing of Banja Luka in World War II. The land for the construction of the church was purchased in 1930. The foundations of today's church were laid in 1998, and the masonry and painting works were completed around 2010. Today's church is located in ul. Sri Lanka in Banja Luka.

Ferhat Pasha Mosque, also known as the Ferhadija Mosque, is a mosque in the city of Banja Luka and one of the greatest achievements of Bosnia and Herzegovina's 16th century Ottoman Islamic architecture. The mosque was demolished in 1993 at the order of the authorities of Republika Srpska as a part of an ethnic cleansing campaign, and was rebuilt and opened on 7 May 2016.
