Santa Maria de Gràcia or Mare de Déu de Gràcia was a convent that has now disappeared in the municipality of L'Escala within what are now the ruins and excavations of Empúries. Practically collapsed at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, the few remains of the church were restored and integrated into the Monographic Museum of Empúries. The convent, founded by the Servites in 1606, was half a kilometre south of Sant Martí and one kilometre north of the town of L'Escala on a hill near the Gulf of Roses. In the convent complex, the church is to the north. The community was made up of about ten friars. There are references to the presence of an image of a found, dark-haired Madonna. The convent was exclaustrated in 1835 and fell into disrepair until the Board of Museums began its remodelling as the headquarters of the Museum of Empúries during the 1910s, becoming its physical headquarters, warehouses and exhibition. In the Museum's exhibition, among others, the works Sacrifice of Iphigenia and Asclepius of Empúries stand out.
