1. Casa-Torre de Calderón de la Barca

The house-tower of the Calderón de La Barca is located in Viveda, Cantabria and is composed of a medieval fortified tower of the twelfth century enlarged in the fifteenth, and a mountain palace of the seventeenth century, built by the Calderón de Oreña family, who here changed the surname to Calderón de la Barca, whose most famous bearer was the great writer. It was declared a historic-artistic monument in 1982, becoming an asset of local interest declared in 2002.

2. Cave of Altamira

The Cave of Altamira is a cave complex, located near the historic town of Santillana del Mar in Cantabria, Spain. It is renowned for prehistoric cave art featuring charcoal drawings and polychrome paintings of contemporary local fauna and human hands. The earliest paintings were applied during the Upper Paleolithic, around 36,000 years ago. The site was discovered in 1868 by Modesto Cubillas and subsequently studied by Marcelino Sanz de Sautuola.

3. Ermita de Santa Justa

Santa Justicia Winter Palace on Santa Justicia Beach, ubiarco terminology is a semi-excavated building on anticlinal rock. On November 12, 2010, he was declared a local interest in the real estate category. It has only two masonry walls, all of which are connected to the cliff except for a water tile cover.

5. Torre de San Telmo

The wall of the tower of San Telmo is the ruin of an old medieval watchtower located on a cliff next to the beach of Santa Justa, near Ubiarco. It dates from the fourteenth century. On the cliff on which it is located, the Hermitage of Santa Justa also stands.

6. Castillo de Vispieres

Vispieres Castle is the remains of an early medieval tower located at the top of the Vispieres peak, in the homonymous town, within the municipality of Santillana del Mar. Of this fortified tower there are only remains of the walls.
