Boca do Inferno is a chasm located in the seaside cliffs close to the Portuguese city of Cascais, in the District of Lisbon. The seawater has access to the deep bottom of the chasm and vigorously strikes its rocky walls, making it a popular tourist attraction. The cave was the first to be depicted in moving pictures, in the 1896 British film A Sea Cave Near Lisbon, which shows waves breaking at the mouth of the cave.
2. Forte do Guincho
The Fort of Guincho, also known as the Fort of Velas, is located at the edge of the Praia do Abano, along the southern edge of the coast of the civil parish of Alcabideche, in Cascais Municipality, Lisbon District, Portugal.. It was classified as Property of Public Interest by the national government on 29 September 1977, but today stands in a state of decay, even after studies to remodel the location as a visitors centre for the nearby Sintra-Cascais Nature Park.

5. Villa romana de Miroiço
The Roman Villa of Miroiço, located in the valley of the Manique stream, incorporates traces of a Roman villa with walls on the surface of the land, which allowed its dating in the Roman and medieval periods, with some traces from the Neolithic period. It is located near the town of Manique de Baixo, in the parish of São Domingos de Rana, Cascais. According to Decree No. 5/2002, of 19 February, these ruins were declared as Property of Public Interest. It is the largest Roman villa in the municipality, with numerous materials found on an area of 2 hectares, corresponding to a long period of time, from the Paleolithic to the Middle Ages, which denote the long occupation of the site.

7. Marégrafo de Cascais
The Cascais tide gauge was the first tide gauge installed in Portugal and dates back to 1882. It is situated in Cascais Municipality, Lisbon District. It was one of the first systems of sea-level data collection installed on the coast of Europe and is still in use.

8. Farol de Santa Marta
The Santa Marta Lighthouse is situated to the south of the centre of Cascais, Lisbon District, Portugal, on the estuary of the River Tagus, providing a light for the Cascais Bay and for the town's new marina. It is a quadrangular masonry tower covered with white tiles, with blue horizontal stripes and a red lantern. The lighthouse was built on the grounds of the Santa Marta Fort, which now houses a lighthouse museum.

14. Forte de Nossa Senhora da Guia
The Fort of Nossa Senhora da Guia is located in Cascais, Lisbon District in Portugal. It was built during the Portuguese Restoration War (1640-1668), becoming operational in 1646. The site, which preserves some parts of the fort, is now occupied by a maritime laboratory under control of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon.

15. Igreja Matriz
The Church of Nossa Senhora da Assunção is the Mother Church of the city of Cascais, in the Lisbon district, of Portugal. Its date of construction is unknown but some internal decoration has been dated as being between 1520 and 1525 and the church is clearly visible in a 1572 engraving showing a view of Cascais from the sea.

16. Centro Cultural de Cascais
The Cascais Cultural Centre is situated close to the Citadel of Cascais in the municipality of Cascais in the Lisbon district of Portugal. It consists of several exhibition spaces, a recital hall and a restaurant. Opened in May 2000, parts of the building date back to the end of the 16th century, when it was constructed as a Carmelite monastery. The Centre is managed by the Dom Luís I Foundation.
17. Casa das Pedras
Casa das Pedras is a residential building located on the grounds of the former Quinta do Moledo, in the village of Parede. It is located at the top of an elevation of 23 meters over the sea, overlooking Avenida Marginal and Avencas beach. The project for the housing was commissioned to Nicola Bigaglia by Manuel de Azevedo Gomes, a Portuguese commander and commander, close to Admiral Nunes da Mata, one of the promoters of the village of Parede. It has the particularity of having been built entirely with stones collected from nearby beaches, especially sandstones, basalts and limestones with evident signs of marine erosion. It is one of the most representative pieces of summer architecture from the end of romanticism in the municipality of Cascais.
