1. いのちのたび博物館
Kitakyushu Museum of Natural History & Human History opened in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, in 2002. Exhibiting materials relating to the city's natural history, archaeology, and history, it is successor of the Kitakyushu Museum of History (北九州市立歴史博物館), which opened in 1975, the Kitakyushu Museum of Natural History (北九州市立自然史博物館), which opened in 1981, and the Kitakyushu Museum of Archaeology (北九州市立考古博物館), which opened in 1983.

2. 部埼灯台
Hesaki Lighthouse is a lighthouse on the Kiku Peninsula in Moji-ku, Kitakyūshū in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. It was constructed in December 1870; the lighthouse was lit on 22 January 1871. It was one of the lighthouses designed by Richard Henry Brunton, who was hired by the government of Japan to help construct lighthouses to make coastal waters safe for foreign ships to approach, after Japan opened up to the West.
3. 世界平和パゴダ
The World Peace Pagoda is located on the top of a mountain near Wabukari Park on the grounds of the Seto Inland Sea National Park in Moji Ward, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan and is the only Myanmar-style temple (pagoda) in Japan that is officially recognized by the Myanmar government and the Buddhist Church.
4. Kawachi Wisteria Garden
Kawachi Wisteria Garden is a private garden located in Kitakyushu founded by Higuchi Masao. The garden contains over 20 kinds of wisterias in a 10,000m2 area. CNN listed the garden among Japan's 31 most beautiful places, and this greatly increased its visitors; access is now limited to timed, advance-purchase tickets.
5. 到津の森公園
Itozu no Mori Park is a municipal zoo located in Kamizu, Kokurakita-ku, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. In 2000 (Heisei 12), West Japan Railway (Nishitetsu)Operated by Itozu Yuen, closed due to poor management, and Kitakyushu City took over management.

Moji Telecommunications Retro Museum is a historical building located in Hamamachi, Moji-ku, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. It is used as a corporate museum to display NTT's telephones and other equipment.
9. 旧大阪商船
Kitakyushu Former Osaka Merchant Ship is a historical building located in Minato Town, Moji Ward, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. It is registered as a national registered tangible cultural property.
