Kongō-ji (金剛寺) is a Buddhist temple in Kawachinagano, Osaka, Japan. It is the head temple of the Shingon Omuro sect. and also known under its mountain-name as Amanosan Kongō-ji . It is the 7th temple on the Shin Saigoku 33 Kannon Pilgrimage (新西国三十三箇所) and is notable for the large number of designated cultural properties. The precincts of the temple were designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1934 with the area under protection expanded in 2011.

The Kawachinagano Municipal Takihata Furusato Cultural Property Forest Center (Kawachinaga no Shiritsutaki Hatafurusato Bunkazai no Mori Center) is a facility that mainly preserves and exhibits cultural properties of Takihata (Kawachinagano City, Osaka Prefecture). The former name was Kawachinagano City Takihata Folk Museum, and the current name was May 1, 2007. On April 1, 2010, the Youth Activity Center was merged.

It is one of the head temples of the Kōyasan Shingon-shū branch of Shingon Buddhism. The temple has several National Treasures and Important Cultural Properties. Its precincts were designated a National Historic Site in 1972. and a Japan Heritage site.
