The small art museum Karuizawa Sohanakan is a private art museum located in Karuizawa, Kitasaku District, Nagano Prefecture. Painter Koichi Ishikawa will exhibit drawings of plants and flowers native to Karuizawa (watercolor sketches and oil paintings). Opened in 1997 (Heisei 9) at Karuizawa Rented Inn. In October 1999 (Heisei 11), Karuizawa Unba Street was relocated. Furthermore, in April 2006 (Heisei 18), it moved to its current location (Karui Zeto).

8. 堀辰雄文学記念館

It was provided in 1992 to the old house of Tatsuo Hori, who spent a villa in Karuizawa and spent his later years, and opened in 1993.
