The Roman Theater of Teramo is located in the historic center of the Abruzzo city, between Via Teatro Antico and Via Luigi Paris, near the Cathedral and a few meters from the Roman Amphitheater of Teramo.
2. Santuario della Madonna delle Grazie

The sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie is a religious building dedicated to the protector of the city of Teramo; it is located just outside the walls of the historic center of the city, near Porta Reale and the Ivan Graziani park.

3. Anfiteatro romano
The Roman Amphitheater of Teramo is only a few meters west of the Roman theater; the most evident part of the residual brick perimeter masonry of the amphitheater is visible in Via San Berardo and in the area immediately to the left of the Cathedral.
4. Chiesa di Sant'Anna dei Pompetti
The church of Sant'Anna dei Pompetti or dè Pompetti is located in the city of Teramo, in Abruzzo, in the heart of the historic and archaeological center of Piazza Sant'Anna. The religious building, leaning against the bastion of the Burnt Tower, is very close to the church of Santa Caterina. Both churches were originally part of the complex of the ancient cathedral of Santa Maria Aprutiensis and now belong to the local parish of the church of Sant'Antonio. The building consists of what has survived and has been preserved from the body of the Old Cathedral. This identification of the current structure with a portion of the first liturgical and spiritual center of the city was revealed by the excavations and studies that Francesco Savini conducted in the archaeological area from the year 1896 and which lasted until the early twentieth century. Since 1902 it has been included in the list of Italian National Monuments.
5. Basilica Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta e San Berardo
Teramo Cathedral is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Teramo, Abruzzo, central Italy, dedicated to the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and to Saint Berardo, patron saint of the city. It is the seat of the Bishop of Teramo-Atri. Built in Romanesque-Gothic style, it was consecrated in 1176.

The church of Santa Maria de Praediis or in Praediis finds the origin of its name from the Latin word praedium which means: fund – farm, a term that expresses the characteristic of being a church located in the countryside. The religious building is located on a modest flat hill among the fields near the small urban centers of the hamlets of Pantaneto, Colle Caruno and Castagneto in the municipality of Teramo, in the territory north of the city, along the road that leads to Ascoli Piceno.
7. Casa del Melatino
The Casa del Melatino is one of the few palaces of the Middle Ages in Teramo that have come down to us. It gave its name to the place where it stands: Largo Melatini. Since 1902 it has been included in the list of Italian National Monuments.

The church and convent of the Capuchins of Teramo, a complex already dedicated to St. Benedict, was built, according to the historian Francesco Savini, before 1150. After 1573 it was assigned to the care of the Capuchin Fathers, when it was also known as the church of the Immaculate Conception. It has been a national monument since 1902.

The church of Sant'Antonio, formerly the convent of San Francesco, is a church in the city of Teramo. Built in the thirteenth century, it is located in Corso De Michetti, on the corner with Largo Melatino. Since 1902 it has been included in the list of Italian National Monuments.

The church of Santa Caterina is a Catholic place of worship located in the historic center of the city of Teramo, in Abruzzo, and opens its façade at the end of an alley, with the same name, narrow, secluded and paved with river pebbles, along Corso Cerulli. The church is a private chapel belonging to the local Castelli family and is open to the faithful only a few days a year for the celebration of the triduums that precede November 25, the anniversary of the calendar feast of the martyr of Alexandria. The religious building is considered among the oldest and, due to its modest size, it is also counted among the smallest churches in the Abruzzo town. It houses altars of considerable size, compared to the modest proportions of the sacred room, enriched by works of art of good workmanship.

The church of Sant'Agostino is a Catholic place of worship in Teramo, Abruzzo. It opens its façade on the square of the same name, connected to Corso San Giorgio, the main street of the city, by Via Costantini.

Palazzo Delfico is located in Teramo, in the street also named after this historic Teramo family: begun around 1790 by the brothers Giamberardino and Melchiorre Delfico, it was completed after 1820, on the initiative of Gregorio De Filippis Delfico and thanks to the intervention of the engineer Carlo Forti.

14. Osservatorio astronomico di Collurania

The Astronomical Observatory of Abruzzo, located in Collurania in Teramo, is one of the Italian public astronomical observatories. Together with the other observatories, five former institutes of the National Research Council, and the Galileo National Telescope, it is part of the National Institute of Astrophysics (INAF) and also directly manages the Campo Imperatore (AQ) Observation Station. It took its current name on 11 September 2017, following resolution no. 46 of the INAF Board of Directors of 23 June 2017.
