Sightseeing Tours in Lecco1. Torre di San Nicolò
The bell tower of San Nicolò, located on the northern side of the basilica of the same name from which it takes its name, is one of the symbols of the city of Lecco in Lombardy as well as being among the main monuments of the capital. Located inside the parish oratory, in an isolated position on an old fifteenth-century defensive tower of circular shape that was part of the old wall fortification of the city in medieval times, it was inaugurated on Christmas Eve 1904 and is affectionately called Matitone by the people of Lecco for its particular octagonal shape and pyramid-shaped spire.
2. Basilica di San Nicolò
The Basilica of San Nicolò is the main place of Catholic worship in Lecco. It is situated in an elevated position and stands on the remains of the 14th century AD city walls. It was dedicated to San Nicolò, patron saint of sailors and boatmen. The symbol of the church is the very high bell tower, which, with its 96 meters of height, represents one of the highest bell towers in Italy.
3. Santuario di Nostra Signora della Vittoria
The Blessed Virgin Sanctuary of Victoria is a place of Catholic worship in Lecco, located in Via Azzone Visconti, near the city center. It was erected in memory of the fallen during the Great War, in fact the bell of the tower sheds every day at seven in the evening to commemorate the victims of the war.

The Teatro della Società is the oldest and most important of the theatres of Lecco in Lombardy. It stands isolated in one of the main squares of the historic center of the city of which it occupies one of the short sides.
