1. Άγαλμα Ελευθερίου Βενιζέλου
Eleftherios Kyriakou Venizelos was a Greek statesman and a prominent leader of the Greek national liberation movement. He is noted for his contribution to the expansion of Greece and promotion of liberal-democratic policies. As leader of the Liberal Party, he was elected eight times as Prime Minister of Greece, serving from 1910 to 1920 and from 1928 to 1933. Venizelos had such profound influence on the internal and external affairs of Greece that he is credited with being "The Maker of Modern Greece", and is still widely known as the "Ethnarch".
2. Κρήνη Μοροζίνη (Λιοντάρια)
The Morosini Fountain is located in Lions Square opposite the Basilica of San Marco, in the center of Heraklion. It is considered one of the most beautiful Venetian monuments of Candia and is preserved in very good condition. The reason for the construction was not aesthetic but the water supply to the city of Heraklion. The water came from the mountain Youchtas to Archanes with an aqueduct of 15 km that reached Heraklion.
3. Ιερός Ναός του Αγίου Τίτου
The Temple of Saints is an Orthodox church located in Imam, Crete, dedicated to saints. Today's temple was built in 1869 as a general mosque, and in 1925 it was attributed to Christian worship. The temple was declared the Archbishop's Cathedral of Crete in 2013. The building is a tetrahedral circular church. On the exterior of the temple, vertical elements dominate, while on the top, there is a stone coating.
4. Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο
The Heraklion Archaeological Museum is a museum located in Heraklion on Crete. It is one of the greatest museums in Greece and the best in the world for Minoan art, as it contains by far the most important and complete collection of artefacts of the Minoan civilization of Crete. It is normally referred to scholarship in English as "AMH", a form still sometimes used by the museum in itself.
