The Archaeological Museum of Chania is a museum that was located in the former Venetian Monastery of Saint Francis at Chalidon Street, Chania, Crete, Greece. It was established in 1962. In 2020 this location closed and Chania's new archaeological museum relocated to 15 Skra Str. Chalepa, in 2022.

2. Shipwreck memorial

SS Heraklion was a roll on/roll off car ferry operating the lines Piraeus – Chania and Piraeus – Heraklion (Irakleio) between 1965 and 1966. The ship capsized and sank on 8 December 1966 in the Aegean Sea, resulting in the death of more than 200 people. Its demise was one of the greatest maritime disasters of Greek history.

3. Eleftherios Venizelos 'Museum

Eleftherios Venizelos Museum of Chalepa is an historic house museum in Chania, Crete, Greece. It is the paternal house of Eleftherios Venizelos, where he lived from 1880 to 1910, and occasionally, from 1927 to 1935. In March 2002, the Greek state assumed the ownership of the Venizelos residence, and then ceded it to the Eleftherios K. Venizelos Foundation. It is an historical house museum.

4. Arkoudiotissa Cave

Arkoudiotissa is a cave in the municipality of Akrotiri on the Greek island of Crete. From Gouverneto Monastery, the path to the cave is only accessible by foot. Arkoudiotissa ("she-bear"), is noted for its stalagmite which is said to look like a bear. This cave is believed to have been used for worship since ancient times, but was dedicated to the Arkoudiotissa Panaghia during the Christian era. Ascetics lived in the caves in the area.

5. Church of Saint Mary Magdalene

The Church of St. Mary Magdalene is located in the district of Halepa, Chania. It began to be built in 1901 with the financial support of the Grand Duke of Russia George in memory of his wife Maria's stay in Chania. It is a church of Russian architecture and style with a decorative dome, the iconostasis of which bears icons of the famous painter Fotis Kontoglou. The inauguration of the church took place in 1903, while in May 1909 it was granted to the Municipality of Chania.
