Parque Seminario also known as Parque Bolívar or Parque de las Iguanas is a small and traditional urban public park located in the Rocafuerte sector in the center of the city of Guayaquil. It was originally the Plaza de Armas of the colonial city, but with the passage of time it lost that character.
2. Columna de los Próceres del 9 de octubre
The Column of the Heroes of Independence is located in the city of Guayaquil, located in the central part of the Centennial Park of Guayaquil, at the intersection of Avenida Nueve de Octubre and Lorenzo de Garaycoa.
3. Malecón del Salado
Malecón del Salado or Malecón del Estero Salado is a boardwalk built under the municipal administration of Jaime Nebot Saadi, in 2009, the project covers from the Faculty of Physical Education of the University of Guayaquil to the Puente del Velero, from there it changes its name to Malecón del Suburbio, in front of it is the Linear Park, it is part of the urban regeneration of Guayaquil from 1999-2006.

Museo Antropologico y de Arte Contemporaneo, or MAAC is a state-of-the-art museum in Guayaquil, Ecuador celebrating Ecuadorian, Latin American and Pre-Columbian art and culture. MAAC is a welcome addition to Malecón 2000, the renovated riverwalk in Guayaquil. Inaugurated on 30 July 2003, MAAC aims to act as a catalyst for the development of the local, regional and national artistic culture.
5. Parque La Victoria
La Victoria Park is an urban park located in the center of Guayaquil, Ecuador. The site dates back to 1887 and is named in honor of the victory won by Gabriel García Moreno and Juan José Flores in the Battle of Guayaquil, which took place in the area on September 24, 1860.
