Built between 1923-1924 and inaugurated on April 6 of that year, it belongs to the heritage circuit corresponding to the Typical Zone of Puerto Varas and has had the category of historical monument since June 24, 1992. He belongs to the Southern Community (Südgemeinde) of the Lutheran Church in Chile.
